Emergency Homeless

Our objective is to ensure every individual is firstly:

  • registered as homeless with the local authority
  • has a short-term plan for temporary accommodation with either local authority services, their personal UK network, or RWNS hosts if suitable
  • offered any available in private rental properties that we oversee

Our Move On Advice and Guidance service is designed to capture every individual leaving asylum accommodation as they receive their refugee status and subsequent notice to vacate instructions.

Also available in Arabic, Farsi, Tigrinya, Pashto, and Spanish

Our service does not however have the capacity to provide a housing plan for those individuals with:  

  • Complex physical / mental health requirements (priority need for the LA)
  • A long-term history of homelessness and state support in the UK 
  • Criminal convictions or histories of violence
