Settling and Integration

Through our Move On Guidance Service, we are able to support you with any questions or issues which you may have at your private tenancy and settling into your new community.

Common issues include Universal Credit housing benefit applications and rent payments, setting up utilities accounts, applying for council tax discounts & support, and sourcing items for the property.

We operate a referral loop for any individuals or families who need help with tenancy management, which we encourage all volunteers and staff to use when offering support for a new or existing tenancy. Please see below:

RWNS also run a small project called the “Welcome Homes” service. Through this service we source beds and sofas for newly recognised refugee households.
